Applications must be accompanied by a minimum $100 deposit.

Cancellation Policy: In the event that it is necessary to cancel, a refund will be granted, subject to a $25 administration fee.

The applicant agrees that GAME CANADA HOCKEY SCHOOL and/or its proprietors will not be held responsible for any accidents or loss, however caused, and agrees to release the proprietors from all claims or damages which may arise as a result of or by reason of such accidents or loss.
