A TYPICAL DAY

7:30 - 8:30 A.M.	Students Arrive Early students help set up today's equipment & proceed to common room for videos & penny & mini hockey tournaments
8:15 - 8:30 A.M.	Call to various stations (break into groups) Attendance taken Prepare for ice
9:00 A.M.	On-ice (power skating)
10:15 A.M.	Change & snack
10:30 A.M.	Off-ice (video or sports)
11:00 A.M.	Lunch (Friday awards presentations)
11:30 A.M.	Off-ice sports (outside in August)
12:15 P.M.	Attendance taken Prepare for ice
1:00 P.M.	On-ice (stick & puck drills, scrimmage) "Stanley Pilon" game on Fridays (Everyone welcome)
2:15 P.M.	Change & snack
2:45 P.M.	Swim
4:00 - 5:00 P.M.	Ready for pick up
